EiBi SW Schedule to Ham Radio Deluxe

Home made small utility that should be able to download the updated EiBi Short Wave Schedule and convert into a format suitable for Ham Radio Deluxe Shortwave database. No need to install, just a single exe file. This utility has been checked on HRD 6.x in August 2020 and it work with Win7 / Win7 / Win10 (32 or 64 bit).
